As each garment is custom-made to your measurements, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
If your garment doesn't fit due to a manufacturing error, we will re-stitch and reship it at no additional cost (one time per order). Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
If your garment arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.
Need minor adjustments? We can guide you or your local tailor via video call to make small alterations at no cost.
