1. Overview

Welcome to Kaur N Singh. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Products & Pricing

All garments are custom-made to order based on your measurements and selections.
Prices are displayed in your selected currency. The base currency is EUR. Currency conversions are approximate.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price shown at checkout.
Product images are representative. Due to the handcrafted nature of our garments, slight variations in colour, embroidery patterns, and fabric texture may occur.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards), PayPal, and Razorpay (UPI, Indian cards).
Part payment option: Pay 50% upfront and 50% before shipping. A 10% convenience fee applies to part payments.
For part payment orders, the second payment must be completed within 7 days of our notification. Failure to pay may result in order cancellation.

4. Custom Measurements

You are responsible for providing accurate body measurements.
We recommend following our measurement guide carefully or seeking help from a local tailor.
Garments that don't fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer are not eligible for free re-stitching.

5. Production & Delivery

Custom garments typically take 2–4 weeks for production, plus shipping time.
We provide progress photos during production for eligible orders.
Estimated delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to fabric sourcing, customs processing, or carrier issues.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Custom-made garments cannot be returned for change of mind.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if production has begun.
Defective items will be replaced or refunded as per our Returns & Alterations policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Kaur N Singh and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kaur N Singh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
